Boutiques have been popping up like Chick-fil-a in the Midwest and had got me thinking. Is it just me or have boutiques always been a thing? Recently I have noticed that they have been circulating the fashion industry. There are boutiques that I will find from Australia or Europe. To be quite honest with you, those tend to have my favorite pieces!
How do these boutiques differ from your traditional department stores? Yes, boutiques tend to have the more unique style of clothing that we all drool over because we think that nobody else knows about the same boutique that we do. That's where my interest peaks because we all are striving to be different yet we fall into the same trendy fab that is happening during whatever season. Maybe it is the idea that if we buy their clothing, it'll make us feel unique and different from the rest.
Alight, now what do we have to say about department stores? I'm referring to stores like American Eagle Outfitters, Pac Sun, Forever 21, and the list goes on. These same stores have those trendy items that we all love just as a boutique might have something very similar. The traditional department stores are like our safe place. We know what to expect from them because they all have a certain style to add to the fashion world.
