Last post of the semester, wow! This week I am going to show off some more posts that we did at the store as well as some Instagram stories we did this week! Since Christmas is right around the corner we decided to roll out some of the Christmas shirts! The first picture that you'll see posted is one of our Christmas shirts along with a combination of accessorizes and winter-like pieces to match the shirt. This post reached 860 people and had a total of 1,161 impressions. Personally I feel like this post could have done better but for the most part I am satisfied with how it turned out.
The next post you'll see is from one of our Instagram stories. This photo is one of our new sweaters that we got in, along with a necklace, a shoe, jeans and a bralette. On the picture I captioned that it was "New", drew and arrow pointing at the sweater and posted the price of the sweater on top of it. This picture had 399 views overall. I think that this was a good number to have but I feel like we could reach more people. The thing with Instagram now is that they created an algorithm within their app that changes how people see certain posts on their feed. Instagram has made it to where people are going to see more posts from accounts that they like frequently. I think that in order for us to be more successful with our Instagram account is to consistently post every day and maybe even twice a day in order to keep reaching more and more people. Overall I found this blog to be very insightful for our business!
