Data that comes from various places like your company's social media channels, websites and other owned content. But what does that data mean, and how does it translate to increased business? To first understand data, you must start with the bare basics of knowing where data comes from and how to analyze it. This process stems from digital analytics and insights. So what is "digital analytics"? There are many definitions for this phrase but ultimately it's the measurement and interpretation of digital data that is illustrated through user behavior on platforms such as websites, mobile sites and applications. Through these interpretations stem insights, which are deeper understandings of inner character or underlying truths behind consumer behaviors.
Being able to effectively analyze data that is found on platforms such as your company's website, translates to identifying these deeper understanding of your consumers, and through that understanding is how you can better connect with consumers in order to increase your business needs, whatever those needs may be.
