One of the best things you can do for your business is to figure out where you could be investing more efforts into, and where you can afford to focus a little less on. The phrase 'Time is money' is absolutely true, saving a company from having to spend time and efforts on products that are not worth it will make you a very valuable asset to your team.

Having Google Analytics on your company's website can help you do this a different number of ways. For example, looking at which vehicles are getting the most clicks and views from the people on our website. With this insight, we could then know which vehicle make/model we should try to purchase more often, in order to often a variety of those vehicles to customers.

Another way that google Analytics can save you time and money on advertisement, is by knowing who you are targeting to. Getting to know your audience, the people coming to your site, is a huge advantage to getting yourself in front of the people that matter. Simply open up your Google Analytics with your company's website pulled up, click on Audience and then Language on the left-hand side to take a look at this. For Auto One, I can see the top two languages of the people visiting our website are English and Spanish.

Although Spanish was the second most used language, it was still very small compared to English (95%). I do not believe that this is accurately representing our page visitor's main language preference for two reasons. My first one being that as a salesman and promotions manager, I am well aware of the customers we sell and many of them are Spanish-speaking clients (A lot more than 5%). My other reason being that the top three cities that are creating the most traffic have a large Hispanic population and all 3 of them have at least one Spanish speaking salesman. The information on what cities your traffic is coming from can be found by clicking, and then locations.
