Maybe you are an indecisive type of person and don't want to make decisions on your own. Well, here are some data about the business-customer relationship that might somehow decide for you.
People tend to want to listen to on-demand music. According to a Verto Index's data, you should choose services like Apple Music, Spotify or Amazon Music, just like most of other people, that allows you to listen to on-demand music. (Hwong, Verto Analytics) Hwong also shows a data table showing that that type of services belongs in the top position of people's selection. The stickiness percentage, which means the percentage of loyal/returning customers, between on-demand music streaming services and radio services, is up to about 10% different.
If you're only considering Apple Music and Spotify, which are probably the 2 most popular music streaming services, then you will see an interesting fact about their relationship with customers. Verto Index shows that Apple Music has 40.7 million unique users every month, but only 19% of them stay with Apple Music after their experience. (Hwong, Verto Analytics) Things are a bit more positive for Spotify. They have 30.4 million new users every month and 25% stay. About 10 million users and 6% stickiness difference are pretty significant.
Obviously, these data can't entirely or truly reflect the quality of the services as well as their relationship with their customers. But at least, they might be able to help you if you need people's guidance to pick one service.
