Personal Goals & Health Benefits

When reading about different health and nutrition facts online you never know if what you are reading is authentic. So how do you know if what you're learning is factual information? People such as dieticians and nutritionist study health benefits daily and learned the insights about different food groups knowing which are better than others.

There are multiple success stories about people who change their lifestyles to become healthier. Each story starts out with them loosing control and eating more than necessary. Each than realized they had someone or something in their life that they wanted to stick around for and used that as motivation to change. Bonnie Wiles was married with four children and weighed over 200 pounds. It wasn't until her kids started having kids that she wanted to change so she would be able to stick around for the fun. Bonnie turned to dieticians in a weight loss support group to figure out what things she could or could not eat. Along with staying active and many other things Bonnie lost 162 pounds and stated, "I am loving my new lifestyle."

Throughout this lingering process of becoming healthier you need to find what works best for you. As we discussed in the last blog post everyone's body type is different and needs different nutrients. Seven different women found out the hard way that cleanses doesn't always make you healthier, carbs are not the biggest enemy, juices aren't a meal replacement, being gluten free isn't for everyone, bingeing happens, you still have to keep going after loosing the weight, and you don't need crazy equipment to reach your goal. Although these things might work for some it's okay if it doesn't for you.

Now lets take a look at some statistics. By following nutritionist and dieticians advice it was found that people are losing the weight and keep it off more effectively than the people that are trying to do it on their own. Science has their own outlook onto the diets that are created for people; you just have to find the one that works for you.

It's important to remember to never give up!
